SA&M Preccelerator Company nēdl Featured on Built in LA’s “50 Startups to Watch in 2020” List

SA&M Preccelerator alumni company nēdl, an app that allows radio listeners to use speech recognition to eliminate the need to go station-to-station to find specific news, sports, talk, and music, was featured on Built in LA’s 50 Startups to Watch in 2020 list. As a member of the team that developed the original iHeartRadio app, Ayinde Alakoye knows a bit about the radio business. His startup, nēdl, is an app that lets users search live radio broadcasts and podcasts for specific songs and subjects using keywords. In addition to its search function, nēdl also lets users “go live” and create their own stations

SA&M Preccelerator Featured on Built in LA

Built in LAThe Preccelerator was featured on Built in LA’s Tech Roundup last week after announcing the expansion of their perk’s package for its next class of early-stage startups. The package includes an unrestricted cash investment of $25,000 to each participant company and will add to the already robust perks package $25,000 in legal services from Stubbs Alderton & Markiles, LLP.

SAM Preccelerator® Company RentSpree Featured on Built In LA

RentSpreeSAM Preccelerator Program company RentSpree, an apartment listing website that allows renters to submit multiple applications and non-damaging Transunion credit reports, was featured this week on Built In LA’s Tech Roundup announcing that is has entered into a partnership with Michigan-based real estate tech giant ZipLogix. ZipLogix  is the recognized industry standard for electronic real estate forms and transaction management.
