Join Preccelerator® U for our next workshop: Equity Crowdfunding for Everyone – Demystified! Attendees can attend in person or tune in virtually for our next free event that will feature Stubbs Alderton & Markiles attorneys, Gary Chen, Durdana Karim, and Jose Ortiz. The purpose of this workshop is to help guests make higher quality investment decisions in the emerging “Crowdfunding Capital Markets.” This includes any and all investment opportunities using the Reg-CF as outlined within the JOBS Act of 2012, to raise capital.

In this session, attendees will get a general overview of how the Crowdfunding Capital Markets work, and go over the key terms, concepts, and ideas you’ll see inside this program. Throughout the interactive event guests are encouraged to participate in question and answer sessions with the SA&M attorneys.
