Andrew Sinasohn is a Vice President and Director of Business Development on one of the leading Commercial Real Estate brokerage teams in Los Angeles, focusing on Tenant Representation – which he joined in 2013. He is characterized by his positive attitude, loyalty, and sincere dedication to fulling his clients objectives. As a Broker, Andrew specializes in commercial tenant representation, advisory services, and commercial property sales. His team of three brokers, led by Jake Zacuto, completed in excess of 150 leases, and upwards of $60m in Investment/Sales transactions last year (FY 2016). Andrew works with a number of tech/start-up companies, as well as established law firms, CPA’s, entertainment companies, etc. His focus is on providing a tailored solution for each one of his clients, allowing him to locate and secure spaces which perfectly match their personality and culture. Andrew works with companies of all sizes, as each relationship is vital to his success.
A native of Southern California, Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science degree with honors from the Marshall School of Business/Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California (USC) in 2012. He began his professional career providing value to the M&A department at Deloitte, and later, the Assurance department at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) – where he performed financial statement analysis to Fortune 500 companies such as Disney, DirecTV, and Edison International. Andrew then chose to pursue his passion for Commercial Real Estate and transitioned his career path.
Andrew Sinasohn is an active member of his community and provides for several charities in the Los Angeles area. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys golfing, a physical challenge, traveling, and networking.
