With a career spanning over 25 years, Michael Sherrill brings a broad base of real world experience spanning from film/video to web applications and product design to his engagements.

Over the past 25 years, he has served a variety of start-ups, small business and Fortune 1000 Design, Media and Advertising firms in resolving crisis-level information systems problems. Typically called upon to serve as the strategic bridge between customers, and design, marketing, technical, and management teams, Michael has a unique talent for interpreting, documenting and expressing business, design, marketing, and technical requirements in a clear, concise, hype-free form invaluable to the delivery of high-technology products and services.

Prior to his engagements in IT Consulting, Michael spent 8 years as the Principal of Pixelmedia Group, a design studio and interactive media consultancy in Metro-Detroit and Atlanta. As one of Ebay’s first Powersellers, Michael started an e-commerce store in 1997 specializing in the liquidation of off-lease and refurbished IT assets, completing hundreds of transactions with a 100% positive customer feedback rating. During this time, he also won recognition for his branding and product design for the Subactive Research Labs brand of music-influenced clothing and DJ accessories.

Michael currently serves as Web Development Manager for Synopsys, Inc. (https://www.synopsys.com), driving the evolution of their B2B marketing automation strategy using Adobe Marketing Cloud products and the WordPress blogging platform. He also serves in an advisory role to Fusicology.com, and Concept32, a boutique consulting firm helping executive teams reach new growth targets. Previously he was IT Director for the BizQuest.com and FindaFranchise.com group of business and franchise sale marketplaces.

Michael studied Film and Industrial Design at Wayne State University, IT Management at UCLA, and is a Certified Software Product Manager (SPM), and Scrum Master (CSM).
