Jon Marcus has been recruiting since the dot com boom starting in San Francisco / Silicon Valley. He has seen huge changes in technology in that time and has worked with a wide variety of companies along the way from hardware to software to SaaS to cloud plus many tangents. He has started recruiting departments in a number of successful companies as startups. Positions he has covered range from Engineering to Marketing to Finance to Artists and from SVPs to recent grads.
