MENTORS PROGRAM

Damian is a finance and startup guru with an expertise in consumer product tech companies spanning over 18 years of experience. He started his career in investment banking at Citigroup in Leveraged Finance covering consumer products and media companies. Post ibanking, Damian wanted to work in-house with consumer product companies backed-by private equity investors and made the move. Following exits at Oliver Peoples and then Smashbox Cosmetics, Damian founded Promenade Capital Partners in 2011 with the goal of providing strategic advisory and financial services to high growth early stage companies.  Damian is a mentor at MuckerLab and the SAM Preccelerator Program. He has a bachelors degree from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business.
