Lydia Elle is a strategic and operations expert.  This former pentagon analyst is a senior advisor in the private and government sectors and helps companies break down their overall goals into manageable steps.  With experience as a credit advisor for commercial loans and  university math instructor, she guides her clients with both the qualitative and quantitative steps necessary to grow safely.

An international speaker and singer, Lydia shares her passion for women in STEM and authenticity.  She is a best selling author and her numerous appearances include Boston Globe and The Wall Street Select. With the personal invitation from Arianna Huffington to write for Thrive Global, you’ll find her articles to be witty and honest.

When she is not busy with work, you’ll find Lydia laughing with her daughter as she co-chairs London’s Learning, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides leadership and innovation opportunities for minority children.
