Edmond Banayan has founded and led business ventures in healthcare, technology, and services. Presently, among his leadership affiliations is Chronaly where he is the Co-Founder and CEO. As CEO of Chronaly, he leads a multi-disciplinary team in their mission to develop and commercialize mobile health applications for developmental disabilities such Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Other businesses Edmond has had experience with include, but not limited to, a technology application development company, GE Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente, Universal Health Services, Hewlett-Packard, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and university-based start-ups in partnership with distinguished university faculties. Edmond’s education and experience span more than 25 years to include business function expertise in strategic planning, corporate governance, business development, funding, marketing (product, pricing, promotions, distribution). He is on company boards and affiliated with non-profits such as the Los Angeles Venture Association (LAVA) where is the Chairman of LAVA Healthcare.

Edmond is well-versed in presentations and public speaking through his frequent appearances as a panel moderator, panelist, and speaker at conferences and company functions. During his tenure at University of Illinois and Northwestern University, Edmond was a lecturer on business management for undergraduate and graduate students where his audience ranged from 40 attendees to 1000-plus attendees. He attended UCLA for his undergraduate degree and graduated with honorable mentions. Subsequent to UCLA, he received his graduate degrees from University of Illinois (Master of Business Administration) and Northwestern University (Master of Science in Marketing).

On a personal level, he enjoys running, hiking, tennis, working out, yoga, tastings, adventures, cultures, learning, growing, social impact, etc.
